Brooks has been licensed and active in Texas real estate since 2002! He is a Texas native, growing up in the oil patch in Midland, and attending The Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, in Lubbock. He earned a bachelor's degree in Finance with Real Estate Emphasis, kick starting his career with knowledge of the mortgage industry, as well as real estate investments.

Upon graduating, Brooks started his career in Austin, before moving to San Antonio in 2005. He spent several years representing local builders, gaining intimate knowledge of home construction. This has allowed him to represent countless families to navigate the sometimes-frustrating process of having their home built from the ground up. His passion for helping people achieve their dream of homeownership has lead to hundreds of satisfied clients over the years!

B.Properties was born in early 2018, a lifelong dream turned reality! As a broker, Brooks currently sponsors and manages several agents, with the goal of growing the company, while maintaining his personal clientele. This experience, while challenging at times, has been the most rewarding of his career!

Brooks lives in Boerne with his wife, Kristen, and three kids, Brooklyn, Cora and Liam. They love to travel together, and enjoy boating/kayaking in their free time! When he’s not working hard for his clients, you’ll likely find him on the local waters working on another fish story!
