I’m Lisa Reyna with Option One Real Estate, and I help sellers and buyers who want more than a basic “put it on the MLS and hope.” My approach is built around psychology—how people actually make decisions online, what makes them stop scrolling, and what makes a home feel memorable in just a few seconds.

Many listings don’t fail because the home isn’t good. They fail because the story isn’t being told. I’m known for spotting what others miss: the subtle reasons buyers aren’t connecting, the details that create the wrong first impression, or the one missing photo that would have changed everything. Then I make targeted adjustments that improve the entire presentation without wasting money or overcomplicating the process.

That same skill is a major advantage on the buying side. I help buyers read between the lines, recognize hidden value, and spot opportunities other people overlook. I also understand what creates competition, what makes a home overpriced, and when a listing is quietly telling you something important. My clients love that I don’t just open doors—I help them make smart, strategic decisions and negotiate from a position of strength.

Real estate has always been in my blood. I grew up watching my dad turn a 100-year-old gas station into a beautiful home, and it taught me that potential is everywhere—you just need the right eye to bring it out. Today, I bring that same mindset to every client I work with throughout San Antonio and the Hill Country.
