When we started looking for homes to buy, we contacted a different realtor to show us some homes. She didn't listen to us and continued to show us home after home that was out of our budget. We were not happy with her and after several trips out to look at homes we couldn't afford we decided to find a different realtor. I found a listing I liked and I requested more info. Mary was the one to contact us about it. She was friendly and professional from the start and she actually listened to us! We started to see homes in our budget and after several trips out looking we found the one for us! Mary was even kind enough to pick us up to show us a few homes one day.We had a pleasant experience with Mary and are very grateful for her for her patience and willingness to help our family.
Mary was amazing! She answered every call, was prompt with her responses and it was the FASTEST and EASIEST closing I have ever had! And we have moved plenty!! I would recommend her to anyone. She listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered!
I was referred to Mary Campbell, a Realtor with Option 1 Real Estate, and I am so glad I was. I had been looking for a home for several months. I did not have an actual Realtor because I could not seem to find one that could or would consistently help me find a home. Mary was the first to really listen to me. She would find out exactly what kind of house I was looking for and where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched my criteria, made sure I knew about it immediately. I had to search Zillow and then ask previous Realtors I'd had if they could show me a home and then hope they could find the time. Mary always made the time. If it wasn't exactly when I asked it was within a half an hour and she was always already at the home and waiting for me with answers to any questions I might have about it. If she did not know the answer, she found it, then and there.Mary Campbell is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at her job she felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. I was very picky when it came to finding a home. Mary worked hard for me and never gave up even when I almost did. I would recommend Mary Campbell to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, the client, gets exactly the home you are looking for rather than quickly trying to "sell" you for a commission and move on and will work hard to make sure that you not only find a house, but your home.
Young but doesn't show in her work. Very knowledgeable in her field. Willing to put in the effort and time to find the right home no matter how picky you may be. Understands it's an investment and will let you work to find the right place. Always available and willing to drive to help get the deal done. Seems to be willing to help you if you need a direction or let you take the wheel if you know what you are looking for.
